Everything else is a ceiling or a filter. The estimate moves with the numbers you type, so the run never surprises you at the end.
For each business you provide, the scraper reads the latest reviews and keeps only those posted after your cutoff date, set either an explicit date or a rolling window of the last N days.
Each new review comes back with its rating, title, text, author and date. A business with no new reviews returns a single marker row, so you always see that it was checked.
Charged per delivered row. If the source holds fewer than you asked for, the rest of the credits go back to your balance the second the run ends.

How does the cutoff work?
Set an explicit date or a rolling window (e.g. last 7 days). Only reviews newer than the cutoff are returned.
Can I run it automatically?
Yes, schedule it to run on an interval and each run returns just the reviews posted since the previous window.
What if there are no new reviews?
The business returns one marker row noting it was checked and nothing new was found, so a quiet period is never ambiguous.
