Trustpilot reviews monitoring for fresh reviews only

The Kavex Trustpilot monitoring scraper returns only what is new. Give it a list of businesses and a cutoff, and it returns the reviews posted since then — nothing older. Run it on a schedule and it becomes a steady feed of incoming Trustpilot reviews for your own brand or your competitors.

What it does

For each business you provide, the scraper reads the latest reviews and keeps only those posted after your cutoff date — set either an explicit date or a rolling window of the last N days.

Each new review comes back with its rating, title, text, author and date. A business with no new reviews returns a single marker row, so you always see that it was checked.

Use cases

  • Reputation alerts — catch a new negative review the day it lands.
  • Competitor watch — see what rivals' customers are saying as it happens.
  • Scheduled feeds — run daily or weekly for a rolling review stream.

Frequently asked questions

How does the cutoff work?

Set an explicit date or a rolling window (e.g. last 7 days). Only reviews newer than the cutoff are returned.

Can I run it automatically?

Yes — schedule it to run on an interval and each run returns just the reviews posted since the previous window.

What if there are no new reviews?

The business returns one marker row noting it was checked and nothing new was found, so a quiet period is never ambiguous.
