How to build lead lists for restaurants (delivery apps, POS, food suppliers)

Industry lead lists·1 min read·Updated 2026-05-13·2 sections

Restaurants buy from a long list of B2B vendors: POS systems, delivery platform integrations, ingredient suppliers, accounting tools, marketing services. List-building is straightforward but volume is the play — most restaurant outreach has 1-2% reply rates so you need a big top-of-funnel.

01

Build the list with filters

Maps search "restaurant" in your target city. Filter the result CSV by Google review count (>50 = serious operation) and rating (>3.5 = won't close next month).

Add review-mining

Chain Google Reviews scraper after the Maps job. For each restaurant, pull top 10 reviews. Use them as outbound angles: "I saw the Trustpilot mention of slow service — our POS reduces ticket time by 30%."
