How to find employees at a specific company on LinkedIn

How-to guides·1 min read·Updated 2026-05-13·3 sections

Account-based marketing depends on finding the right people inside a target company — the specific decision-maker for your category. LinkedIn's manual People-search-by-company caps after ~20 profiles per query. Kavex automates it.

Step by step

Requires a saved LinkedIn cookie. Then:

  • /configure/linkedin-company-people
  • Paste up to 20 company URLs (one per line)
  • Job-title keywords: "sales, growth" or "head of, vp, director"
  • Max results per company (default 10, max 50)

Why this beats Sales Navigator (for small teams)

Sales Nav: $99/seat/month + rate limits. Kavex: 5 credits ($0.005) per person. A 100-employee map costs $0.50.

Pipeline: company list → people → emails

Chain three Kavex services: Lookalike (find 20 target companies) → Company People (find buyers at each) → Email Finder (name+domain). Total: ~$5 for 200-person enriched ABM list.
